Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $17-19.50/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30PM-6:30AM

Job Description:

The Mechanical Assembler will craft precision air-cooled heat exchangers, utilizing a comprehensive array of tools including plasma cutters, grinders, and tape measures. Must be able to expertly interpret blueprints to ensure exacting specifications, while utilizing overhead cranes for seamless material handling. Use your skill with hand tools to carefully assemble condensers, coils, and boxes, enhancing heat and air exchange effectiveness. Learn the nuances of tube pushing to become proficient in this vital technique, while also assisting with various shop tasks to maintain a productive environment.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of assembly experience. Must be great with hand and power tools and be able to read a tape measure. Blueprint knowledge is a must.
