Material Prep Lead

Pay: $17-21/hr. (Depending on Experience)

Hours:  Night Shift

Job Description:

Assist all employees who need help. Assist and direct the flow of products required for manufacturing in the shop. Check for defects in products and workmanship. Comply with all safety procedures and responsibilities set forth by the company.

Experience Required:

2 years metal prep experience minimum.  Must be able to operate overhead cranes and power tools. Must be able to teach others new skills and techniques. Know how to keep others busy and the flow of the product moving. Apply all safety knowledge and instruct others to do the same.
