• Position Overview

The Material Handler / Utility Personnel role is a cross-trained position responsible for supporting warehouse operations, material handling, and general production support. This Material Handler / Utility Personnel position offers strong growth potential, with opportunities to advance into manufacturing roles such as maintenance, production, quality control, and tooling.

• Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to operate or learn stand-up and sit-down forklifts
• Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to move heavier materials (up to 200 lbs) using proper equipment
• Strong attention to safety procedures and workplace standards
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license required
• Reliable attendance and dependability (minimum 24-hour notice for absences)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Material Handler / Utility Personnel role includes:
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials
• Operate a 1-ton bobtail delivery truck for material transport
• Manage warehouse inventory including raw materials and finished goods
• Prepare and maintain materials for production use
• Support production technicians and packaging teams
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, delivery truck, and work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Preferred Experience

• Previous forklift experience or certification
• Experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing environments
• Vo-tech training or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or maintenance fields

• Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment
