Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to join a West Tulsa fabrication shop. This role involves safely operating a large forklift to move oversized steel plate up to 7 inches thick. The Material Handler will work in a busy shop environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reliability while supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a large forklift to load raw plate onto cutting tables.

• Safely move heavy steel plate (up to 7 inches thick).

• Maneuver through tight shop spaces with large, heavy loads.

• Support general shop and material handling needs as directed.

• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous forklift operation experience (large-capacity forklifts required).

• Ability to handle oversized, heavy materials safely.

• Comfortable working overnight shifts and overtime when required.

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual.
