Material Handler
Pay: $19 – $20/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (some Saturdays, overtime possible)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler for a short-term project in Sapulpa. This role involves working with a variety of materials including pipe, valves, and structural components. The Material Handler must be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and capable of handling both warehouse operations and large material movement.

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify and handle various material grades (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.).

·         Work with pipe schedules and understand substitution rules for pipe sizes.

·         Safely operate an overhead crane.

·         Assist in unloading trucks, coordinating with multiple forklift operators for large materials.

·         Organize and store materials according to warehouse rack labeling systems.

·         Handle, move, and prepare valves (manual, butterfly, gate, actuator) for projects.

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

·         Proven warehouse or material handling experience.

·         Knowledge of pipe schedules, grades, and substitution rules.

·         Ability to safely operate cranes and forklifts.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an industrial environment.
