Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Some Saturdays Required)

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This is a Safety Sensitive Position involving operation of overhead cranes, forklifts, power equipment, and other heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and finished products throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and merchandise from trucks
• Appropriately pack materials before loading
• Locate raw materials and finished products for shipment or use
• Operate forklifts, electric hoists, and industrial trucks for material handling
• Accurately follow instructions related to material movement orders
• Meet or exceed company productivity and quality standards
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and sustain 5S workplace organization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to quality and safety
• Must pass forklift training class
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications
• Proficient with shop tape measure
• Basic experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
