Material Handler

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team in Pryor, OK. This position is responsible for handling, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, basic math proficiency, and experience with material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Ship, receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and supplies.

·         Load and unload materials manually or with forklifts/pallet jacks.

·         Label, store, and verify product quantities and conditions.

·         Transfer paperwork and ensure accuracy of job numbers.

·         Pack and unpack shipments according to company guidelines.

·         Read and follow work orders to prepare products for shipment.

·         Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

·         Technical Skills:

o    Basic computer data entry skills.

o    Basic math skills for inventory management.

o    Ability to follow instructions accurately.

·         Communication Skills:

o    Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

o    Ability to work independently and within a team.

·         Experience:

o    Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

·         Frequent walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), moving, twisting, turning, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.

·         Handling and grasping materials for extended periods.
