Material Handler

Pay: $17-20/hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 5AM-3:30PM

Must have experience operating industrial machines like sheers, press brakes, and punches.

Job Description:

Will operate various sizes and types of forklifts. Clearly communicates and interacts professionally with truck drivers and other delivery personnel. Will inspect equipment daily and document findings.  Must be able to appropriately rig and inspect a load for lifting.  Should be able to determine which process should be used for moving raw materials or finished product in any given situation. Other duties as assigned/directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year experience as a material handler in a manufacturing environment. Forklift, crane, and other lifting devices certifications. Detail oriented. Ability to frequent, reach, lift, sit, stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, squat, bend, and balance. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
