Manufacturing Manager

Pay: $130-150K/YR.

Hours: Day Shift Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays depending on demand)

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety measures are met in the manufacturing plant.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing supervisors and managers to keep production on track and ensure everything meets quality and safety standards.
• Managing day-to-day operations like planning, production, and shipping, while sticking to schedules and budgets.
• Allocating resources, fixing issues that slow things down, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Leading continuous improvements on the production line to increase efficiency and reduce costs in a lean manufacturing environment.
• Coordinating with other departments to hire, manage, and develop manufacturing staff, and making sure everyone follows safety procedures.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience managing manufacturing plants.
• Strong experience with lean manufacturing principles and managing teams.
• Ability to use computer applications for manufacturing management and problem-solving.
