Manufacturing Engineer
Pay: $140,000 – $145,000/year
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading production facility in Catoosa, OK. This role is responsible for improving manufacturing efficiency, optimizing layouts and workflows, and leading process development projects to enhance productivity and quality across operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty chemical and gas manufacturing, with hands-on experience in process design, controls, and capital project management.
Key Responsibilities

Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis of workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

Optimize equipment placement, assembly methods, and workforce utilization for maximum operational efficiency.

Contribute to strategic projects and reviews by preparing and completing detailed action plans.

Develop and refine manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and testing new methods.

Evaluate and improve production processes through research, data analysis, and collaboration with operators and vendors.

Plan and oversee capital investments, including equipment installation and implementation.

Conduct time and cost analyses to drive continuous improvement.

Create and maintain process documentation, including reports and performance trends.

Support preventive maintenance programs and uphold safety and quality standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Educational & Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.

8–10 years of direct engineering experience in specialty chemical and gas manufacturing required.

Proven background in controls development and process optimization.

Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, CAD, and related engineering software.

Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Must comply with all company safety rules and policies.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels. This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
