Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in programming, editing programs directly from the machine, and running the machine with minimal supervision. This role involves working with a newly purchased HAAS VF7-50, so experience with this machine or similar HAAS equipment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate the HAAS VF7-50 CNC machine with precision.
• Edit and troubleshoot programs directly on the machine as needed.
• Produce high-quality parts according to technical specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance to ensure proper functionality.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a strong focus on safety.
• Conduct measurements and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CNC machining, specifically with HAAS VF7-50 or similar machines.
• Strong programming skills with the ability to edit programs directly from the machine.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical issues during production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight production deadlines.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to safety and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or training is a plus.
