Job Title: Manual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill & Lathe Operator
Location: Southeast Tulsa, OK
Pay Rate: $23–$26/hour
Shift: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Lathe Machinist & CNC Mill & Lathe Operator to join our precision machining team in Southeast Tulsa. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who can independently program and operate both manual and CNC machinery to manufacture parts per specifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Set up and operate manual mills, lathes, and CNC machines to produce parts according to blueprints and technical instructions

·         General programming and tool selection for each job

·         Perform precision inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet required dimensions

·         Maintain high workmanship standards while meeting daily/weekly production quotas

·         Apply advanced machining techniques and mentor less-experienced machinists

·         Make offsets and edits without supervision

·         Attend and contribute to R&D design reviews

·         Keep machines clean and the work area organized

·         Adhere to all safety-sensitive job requirements

Additional Duties:

·         Mentor and support junior machinists and CNC operators

·         Visualize and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

·         Assist in setting up and operating EDM machinery

·         Support team goals through collaboration and knowledge sharing

·         Exercise critical thinking and sound judgment in daily operations

·         Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or GED required

·         Minimum of 5 years' experience in CNC/manual machining

·         Trained in CNC programming and operation (or equivalent hands-on experience)

·         Proficient in reading blueprints and using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

·         Basic computer skills

·         Solid foundation in math, geometry, and trigonometry

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
