Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the construction, maintenance, and operation of systems within an industrial data center environment. This Maintenance Technician role includes maintaining infrastructure, assisting with equipment deployment, and supporting the upkeep of cryptocurrency mining equipment and facility systems.

The ideal Maintenance Technician has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience working in industrial or commercial environments, and the ability to perform maintenance tasks while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of technician experience in an industrial or commercial environment
• Basic knowledge of computer programs and data entry systems
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs as required
• Ability to work non-standard hours including weekends
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and equipment maintenance

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform construction and ongoing maintenance of buildings and facility systems supporting an industrial data center
• Assist with site expansion and infrastructure improvements as directed by leadership
• Deploy, maintain, and consolidate cryptocurrency mining machines and related equipment
• Maintain accurate records and data entry for mining machine performance and maintenance logs
• Receive and properly store materials, hardware, and equipment deliveries
• Monitor company software systems to identify mining machine deficiencies and perform necessary repairs
• Report unresolved issues to the Director of Mining Operations or Site Leadership
• Ensure assigned tasks and projects are completed within scheduled timeframes
• Maintain and safely operate company tools, equipment, electronics, and safety gear
• Maintain the general appearance and upkeep of the facility, grounds, and building interiors/exteriors

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with data center systems or industrial equipment
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or piping systems

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, move, and perform maintenance tasks throughout the facility
