Shift: Night Shift – Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Broken Arrow team. This role involves electrical and mechanical maintenance of shop equipment, welding machines, and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with 460 VAC, 3-phase power systems, and VFDs, along with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various industrial tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoot and repair welding machines, motors (A/C & DC), drives, and electric hand tools.
• Inspect equipment, identify issues, and perform repairs in a timely manner.
• Read and interpret wiring schematics and use multimeters for diagnostics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed tasks.
• Operate heavy equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and scissor lifts, safely.
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical).
• Experience repairing forklifts required.
• Knowledge of 460 VAC systems, motor controls, and drives.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and prioritize tasks.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, at heights, or outdoors in various conditions.
