Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support daily equipment operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
• Read and interpret work orders and technical documents
• Conduct diagnostics using voltmeters and other electrical tools
• Document maintenance activities and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Support daily shift priorities and production goals
• Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Required Experience & Skills:
• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial environment
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Skilled with hand and diagnostic tools
• Experience with overhead crane maintenance preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended hours
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
