Job Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73179
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Shift: Multiple shifts available

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have mechanical and electrical repair experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment
• Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and other testing tools
• Read and follow work orders to assess equipment issues and complete necessary repairs
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
• Keep accurate maintenance records and communicate findings to supervisors
• Participate in daily shift meetings and prioritize maintenance activities accordingly
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Ability to use standard and specialized hand tools
• Experience with troubleshooting overhead cranes is preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
