Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift)
Overtime: Available, including occasional Saturdays

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC Specialist) to support our facility in Pryor, OK. This position is primarily responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, while also contributing to general maintenance across manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. This role plays a vital part in ensuring plant reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems including air handlers, chillers, exhaust fans, and VAV boxes
• Diagnose and repair HVAC-related issues such as refrigerant leaks and electrical faults
• Assist with the installation and replacement of HVAC equipment
• Conduct general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing maintenance for facility and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machinery such as motors, pumps, conveyors, and pneumatic systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance service calls and emergency issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems
• Previous experience using tools or performing basic repairs (preferred)
• Eagerness to learn about factory equipment and HVAC systems
• Reliable and responsible with the ability to follow instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers for basic data entry or documentation
• Flexible to work various shifts, including some weekends or on-call, as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
• Comfortable working in various environments (heat, cold, noise)
• Manual dexterity for operating tools and equipment
