Pay: $21.50+/hour (Based on experience)

Shift Options (Candidate selects preferred schedule)

Day Shift:
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Night Shift (Option 1):
• Monday – Friday: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• +$1.00/hour Shift Differential

Night Shift (Option 2):
• Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• +$2.00/hour Shift Differential

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician I to join our team. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical repair experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and other testing tools
• Interpret and follow work orders to assess and complete equipment repairs
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate updates to supervisors
• Participate in daily shift meetings and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Keep a clean and safe work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Ability to use standard and specialized hand tools
• Preferred: Experience troubleshooting overhead cranes
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
