Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our industrial operations in Tulsa. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems to reduce downtime and improve overall equipment reliability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, and control systems.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to support repair efforts.
• Install and upgrade components including wiring, control panels, and mechanical assemblies.
• Accurately document maintenance activities and service logs.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to enhance system performance.
• Enforce and follow all workplace safety protocols and company policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in preventative maintenance procedures.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
• Able to work independently and as a team contributor.
• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing, walking, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
