Maintenance Technician

Pay: $26.00/hr. (With 5% shift differential)

Hours:  Monday-Friday 3:30PM-2AM

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong knowledge of CNC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Key responsibilities include inspecting and repairing equipment, reading technical manuals, performing preventative maintenance, and fabricating or modifying parts as needed. The role also involves documenting test readings and repairs, adhering to safety procedures, investigating equipment failures, and ensuring proper installation of new equipment. Effective communication with engineering and production teams is essential, along with maintaining maintenance logs and adhering to lockout/tagout procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintenance experience in machining, welding, electronics, and hydraulics.
• Experience with CNC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility for the uptime of all manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Will be exposed to variable shop conditions, generally dirty.
• Extensive standing and walking required.
