Position Overview:

Join our team as a Conveyor Belt Maintenance Technician, where you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our industrial conveyor systems running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to perform hands-on repairs, conduct routine inspections, and implement preventive measures to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. You’ll work closely with a supportive maintenance team and production staff to uphold safety standards and maintain top-notch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections of conveyor belt systems to spot and address issues early.
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Repair and adjust conveyor components, including belts, rollers, pulleys, motors, and bearings.
  • Follow a preventive maintenance schedule for lubrication, bolt tightening, and component replacement.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and ensure equipment is always compliant with workplace standards.
  • Keep detailed maintenance records, including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team, production staff, and suppliers to solve complex issues.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests to reduce downtime.
  • Provide training and support to operators on conveyor maintenance and safety.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

What We’re Looking For:
