What you will be doing:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of conveyor belt systems in industrial settings. You will conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with the maintenance team and production staff to uphold safety standards and optimize conveyor belt performance.

Must Have Qualifications:

• Ability to conduct routine inspections of conveyor belt systems.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Experience in performing repairs, replacements, and adjustments on conveyor components (rollers, pulleys, belts, motors, bearings).
• Knowledge of implementing preventive maintenance schedules, including lubricating parts, tightening bolts, aligning belts, and replacing worn components.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
• Capability to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities (inspection reports, repair logs, parts inventory).
• Collaborative mindset to work with maintenance teams, production personnel, and equipment suppliers.
• Responsiveness to emergency maintenance requests.
• Ability to provide training and support on conveyor belt operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• An eye for identifying opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost savings.
