Maintenance Technician
Pay: $15-22/hr.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM

Job Description:
Insure the correct, safe, and compliant installation of cryogenic vessels at the customer site and Welding Supply locations. Represent the company in a professional manner while interfacing with the customers and employees. Where possible, listen to and resolve customer complaints. Provide feedback to supervisor regarding customer complaints or issues on quality of product, supply, or need for a sales rep follow up. Complete and maintain monthly maintenance logs on vessels, pumps, and equipment used in fill plant. Complete monthly maintenance checks on Cryo trucks and document. Complete and maintain service call reports at customer sites. Insure the use of personal safety and protective equipment. Insure proper installation, maintenance, assembly and testing of all cryogenic vessels and assemblies. Be sure all vessels are placarded to meet DOT requirements. Maintain inventory of all piping, fittings, and materials needed to perform maintenance and installation of vessels in a neat and orderly fashion. Responsible for the proper sizing, installation, product identification and clean-up of all piping systems. Assist with such other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned or required to insure maximum operation effectiveness.
Reports Prepared: In house maintenance logs, Service call reports, Material Installation lists for billing to customers.
Special Requirements:
Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people. Is frequently called upon to handle difficult situations. Capable of completing basic mathematical calculations and entering correct information on logs and reports. Ability to effectively plan and organize workload and installation schedules. Must have a basic working knowledge of cryogenic gases and related equipment. The ability to keep a positive attitude. Capable of working in diverse and often unpleasant weather and working condition. Work unscheduled hours as needed to meet customer requirements. Position requires prolong sitting, bending, stooping and climbing.
