Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM + rotating Saturdays

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform basic electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and testing tools
• Read and follow work orders to identify issues and complete repairs
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Participate in daily shift meetings and prioritize repair activities
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Assist with additional duties as required

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Ability to use standard and specialized hand tools
• Experience troubleshooting overhead cranes (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
• Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
