Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Tech to support production operations for a major client in the Joplin/Neosho area. The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot equipment, reduce downtime, and ensure all mechanical and electrical systems run at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

·         Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical processing equipment

·         Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and improve uptime

·         Support line startups, adjustments, and performance optimization

·         Assist in creating and executing preventative maintenance schedules

·         Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies

·         Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues

·         Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned

Required Experience & Skills

·         High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred

·         Strong understanding of mechanical systems (chains, gears, bearings, etc.)

·         Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical processing equipment

·         Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

·         Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
