Job Description:

As a Maintenance Tech, you'll review work orders and specifications to pinpoint machinery and equipment in need of repair or maintenance. Your attention to detail ensures efficient operation as you start machines and monitor their mechanical performance, promptly identifying any issues. You'll meticulously inspect damaged machine parts, mark defective areas or promptly report repair needs to supervisors. Using your expertise and appropriate tools, you'll skillfully disassemble machines and remove parts for repair. Maintaining stock levels of essential supplies, you'll inventory and requisition machine parts and equipment. Following production specifications, you'll install, replace, or modify machine parts and attachments, applying lubricants, adhesives, or other materials as directed. After completing repairs or maintenance, you'll meticulously reassemble machines, adjusting controls as needed for optimal performance. Upholding cleanliness standards, you'll dispose of worn machine parts and other refuse and record production, repair, and maintenance information accurately. Collaboration is key as you work alongside colleagues to repair or relocate machines, parts, or equipment as necessary. Using cranes, hoists, or dollies, you'll transport materials between work areas and storage. You'll also maintain equipment cleanliness, replacing or repairing machine linings and removing hardened material as needed. In addition, you'll prepare and test chemical solutions for cleaning or repairing machinery and ensure machine containers are replenished as required.

Experience: 3 plus years of experience in maintenance of CNC machinery.
