Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Mechanic to support maintenance operations in an automated manufacturing facility in Joplin. The Maintenance Mechanic will assist the maintenance team with repairing, maintaining, and installing machines, tools, and equipment used in production.

This Maintenance Mechanic position plays an important role in keeping plant operations running safely and efficiently while supporting the overall maintenance department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Mechanic role includes:

• Assist with maintenance and repair of production equipment
• Support installation and setup of machines and tools
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues affecting production equipment
• Help perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance protocols

Required Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and federal background check
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
