Maintenance Mechanic

Pay: $16hr.

Hours: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM

Job Description:

Troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment, including production machinery, conveyors, boilers, pumps, and HVAC systems. Performing preventative maintenance tasks, such as oiling and cleaning machinery, changing filters, and checking fluid levels. Installing and maintaining electrical systems and components, including wiring, control panels, and lighting. Reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose problems and make repairs. Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, time spent, and cost. Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate for a Maintenance Mechanic job will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and several years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. They should also have a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
