Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Helper to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The Maintenance Helper will assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Diagnose basic problems with inoperative equipment or faulty conditions.

·         Repair or recommend repairs for malfunctioning machinery and systems.

·         Read and interpret basic blueprints and maintenance instructions.

·         Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.

·         Reclaim and properly handle lubricants and oils.

·         Follow all safety policies and procedures for safety-sensitive work.

·         Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

·         Contribute to a positive, productive, and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

·         Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

·         Experience assisting in equipment maintenance or repair.

·         Ability to read simple technical drawings or blueprints.

·         Strong teamwork and communication skills.

·         Reliable and detail-oriented with a commitment to safety.

·         Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
