Job Title: Machine Specialist
Pay: $28/hour + $2/hour Shift Differential
Hours: Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a skilled and motivated Machine Specialist for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Catoosa, OK. The Machine Specialist plays a key role in machine setup, operation, and production flow. This position also supports training of new operators while ensuring that all components meet production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, work orders, and schematics to plan and execute production tasks
• Assist in the setup of essential production equipment
• Operate machines required for production order fulfillment
• Monitor and report production status to management
• Ensure all components are produced to specified standards
• Review production order details to verify accuracy of materials, methods, and equipment
• Collaborate with team members on complex assembly projects
• Assist in training and onboarding of new machine operators
• Maintain production pace by operating key equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical capability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
• Strong commitment to safety and clean workspaces
• Familiarity with JSA, work instructions, and proper use of PPE
• Ability to identify defective items and take corrective action
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and performance
• Takes pride in work and final product quality
