Job Position: Machine Operator – Plastic Mold Injection
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift/Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73128

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Machine Operator to support plastic mold injection production for a client in Oklahoma City. This role will assist with operations from initial setup to final deliverables while supporting quality and lean manufacturing standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate plastic injection molding production from start to finish
• Collaborate in a team environment for mold setup and operations
• Support and help improve quality control and lean manufacturing practices
• Assist with cross-trained duties including:
– Material handling
– Shipping and receiving
– Deliveries
– Packaging and utility tasks
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic mold injection
• Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Reliable transportation required
• Forklift certification preferred, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attendance, attitude, and accountability
