Machine Operator/Helper
Pay: $18/hour+
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (training on days Monday–Friday for 2 weeks; overtime as needed)

We are seeking a Machine Operator/Helper to assist in processing coil steel into flat sheets, which are then cut to specific lengths for tube manufacturing. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is eager to grow their skills in machine operation and general shop support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor multiple machines to ensure proper startup and quality production.
• Perform general labor tasks and assist across shop areas as needed.
• Move material using forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow all safety and health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support teams to minimize downtime and material waste.
• The Machine Operator/Helper will also perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator/Helper or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills; able to use precision measuring tools.
• Comfortable performing mathematical calculations and reading production instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts, overtime, and variable schedules when required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift.
• Must have good vision, including depth perception and color recognition.
• Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts; proper PPE is required at all times.
