As a Machine Operator / General Labor Helper, you’ll support various departments, assist with production tasks, and learn to operate equipment under experienced guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Work as a helper and floater supporting multiple departments.
Assist with machine operation and production tasks.
Learn to operate equipment such as plasma machines, drill press, and brake press.
Accurately read and interpret tape measurements down to 1/16 inch.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow direction and training from experienced team members.
Qualifications
Entry-level and trainable with a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
