Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Half-Day Saturdays as Needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator with experience in Brake Press, Laser, or WaterJet operations. The Machine Operator role prioritizes Brake Press experience; however, candidates with Laser or WaterJet background will also be considered.

This Machine Operator position offers steady daytime hours with opportunity for growth in a fabrication environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Machine Operator role includes:

• Operate Brake Press machines to bend and form metal parts (strongly preferred)
• Set up and operate Laser or WaterJet machines as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Perform basic machine setups and adjustments
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure specifications are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Brake Press experience strongly preferred
• Laser or WaterJet experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• AutoCAD experience is a plus
