Shift: Welder 1st
Schedule: Monday–Saturday | Monday–Friday 7 AM–6 PM & Saturday 7 PM–1 PM (may be adjusted as necessary)

Job Overview

The Machine Operator runs production machinery, ensures product quality, and maintains a safe, clean work area while meeting daily production goals. This Machine Operator role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment awareness and following all safety and quality standards. The Machine Operator position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical production work.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor job
• Additional education and/or certification in manufacturing
• Forklift & Crane experience a plus
• Must be proficient in reading tape measures, angle finder, and/or micrometers
• Must understand decimal points
• 10 key experience is a plus
• Bilingual a plus

Duties/Responsibilities

The Machine Operator role includes the following duties:

• Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety rules, standard procedures, and quality guidelines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues
• Complete basic production documentation as required
• Perform physical work including standing for long periods, lifting materials, bending, and working in varying temperatures
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, squat, kneel, sit, and/or stand for extended periods of time
