Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Joplin, Missouri. This role focuses on operating production equipment, maintaining workflow consistency, and meeting quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The Machine Operator will work hands-on with industrial machinery, perform routine checks, and ensure finished products meet specifications while supporting overall production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to work instructions
• Load raw materials and remove finished products safely and efficiently
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work orders or production instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
