Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join a fast-paced industrial manufacturing team in Pittsburg, KS. The Machine Operator will be responsible for safely operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous workflow in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications

• Inspect running film for flaws, splices, and quality defects

• Remove completed product from machines

• Clean machines, pumps, and workstations to meet sanitation standards

• Pull stock and materials from storage as needed

• Complete and maintain all required production reports

• Uphold departmental housekeeping and cleanliness standards

• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk 10+ hours per day

• Ability to read, speak, and understand English

• Computer proficiency required

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

• Minimum 2 years of recent machine operating experience

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
