Pay: $21 – $23 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (some Saturdays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator A to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing team. The Machine Operator A will study blueprints, work orders, and schematics to carry out production tasks while ensuring all components meet accuracy and quality standards. This role also supports training new operators and assisting with complex assembly projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, work orders, and schematics to plan tasks.
• Assist in equipment setup and operate machines for production.
• Review production orders for accuracy and determine materials and methods.
• Advise supervisors on production status and accuracy.
• Ensure finished components meet quality specifications.
• Assist team members with complex assemblies.
• Train and mentor new machine operators.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in assembly or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch regularly.
• Capable of repetitive tasks and standing for long shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs safely.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
