Job Description for the Machine Operator:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team in Oklahoma City. In this role, the Machine Operator will operate and maintain printing and finishing machinery, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Operate and maintain printing and finishing machinery.
• Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications.
• Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials.
• Maintain production records and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs periodically.
• Ability to stand for up to 11.5 hours daily.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
