Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Friday & Saturday)
Hours: 56 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Transformer Winder to support our assembly operations in Oklahoma City, OK. This position involves interpreting manufacturing instructions, loading raw materials onto winding machines, and ensuring coils are wound with precision to meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

·         Read and interpret tape measures and micrometers with precision.

·         Interpret winding data and perform calculations for transformer coils.

·         Operate various coil winding equipment to ensure accurate production.

·         Maintain high-quality and quantity standards in coil production.

·         Read and understand Bills of Materials (BOM) and follow specified raw material placement.

Operational Tasks:

·         Utilize brazing and cold welding processes effectively.

·         Accurately interpret micrometer readings ranging from .001 to .075.

·         Complete required Process Control Records with precision.

·         Safely operate cranes and pallet jacks for material movement.

·         Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Qualifications:

·         Education: High school diploma or GED required.

·         Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in coil winding or manufacturing operations.

·         Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and background check.
