Job Title: Lawn Care Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team in a part-time, temp-to-hire capacity. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes. As a Lawn Care Tech, you'll play a key role in providing professional lawn services, operating a variety of tools and equipment, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns using hand and power tools
• Perform tree and shrub care including pruning, fertilization, and pest/disease treatment
• Install and maintain low-voltage landscape lighting systems
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of drainage solutions
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with company guidelines and safety protocols
• Safely haul and transport trailers with equipment and materials between job sites
• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure proper operation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Physical stamina for outdoor work, including lifting and handling landscaping equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused attitude
