• Position Overview

The Landscaper / General Labor position supports residential and commercial landscaping projects, including lawn care, dirt work, and general outdoor labor. This Landscaper / General Labor role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want the opportunity to grow into a crew lead position.

• Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance (MUST)
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical ability to perform manual labor throughout the day
• Strong communication and willingness to learn
• Landscaping or skid steer experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

• Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Landscaper / General Labor role includes:
• Perform landscaping tasks including dirt work and lawn maintenance
• Operate or assist with mowing and general groundskeeping
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Perform general outdoor labor across residential and commercial job sites
• Ride with crew members to various job locations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support team members to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule

• Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor
• Experience operating skid steers or similar equipment
• Interest in growing into a crew lead or leadership role

• Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
