Position Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker for our Tulsa-based manufacturing client. The Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker is responsible for overseeing the complete grease-making process—ensuring high-quality production, accurate equipment operation, and adherence to company procedures. The Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker plays a vital role in maintaining product consistency and supporting overall plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing and grease-making equipment with precision and safety.
• Follow detailed production procedures and formulas to ensure consistent quality.
• Conduct basic math and algebraic calculations for measurements and mixing ratios.
• Collaborate with co-workers, lab staff, and supervisors to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in developing and refining grease manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Complete production runs with minimal supervision while meeting established quality goals.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Proficient in simple math and algebra for measurement accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with mills and other grease manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to assist in process improvement through practical feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or proven ability to perform job duties).
• Prior mixing experience in paint, oils, greases, or lubricants preferred.
• Previous grease, oil, or lubricant experience is a plus but not required.
