Position Overview

We are currently hiring a dependable Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing team. The Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker is responsible for all aspects of the grease-making process—ensuring that production procedures are accurately followed and equipment is properly operated. The Kettle Floor Asst/Grease Maker plays a key role in achieving a high level of finished product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixing and grease-making equipment safely and accurately.
• Ensure production procedures and formulas are followed to maintain product consistency.
• Perform basic math and algebraic calculations related to measurements and mixing ratios.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and lab personnel.
• Assist with the development and improvement of grease manufacturing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete production runs with minimal supervision while meeting quality standards.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong understanding of simple math and algebra.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating mills and related grease manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to provide objective feedback and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or proven ability to perform the job).
• Prior mixing experience (paint, oils, lubricants, or similar).
• Previous grease, oil, or lubricant experience preferred but not required.
