We’re hiring a Kettle Floor Assistant/Grease Maker for a busy manufacturing facility in Tulsa. As a Kettle Floor Assistant/Grease Maker, you will be responsible for operating equipment, following specific procedures, and producing high-quality grease products. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Kettle Floor Assistant/Grease Maker is responsible for all stages of grease production, from preparation to final quality control.
• Operate mills and other grease manufacturing equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Follow production procedures to ensure the consistency and quality of finished products.
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets and safety standards.
• Provide input on improving the grease-making process based on hands-on experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to do simple math and algebra.
• Read, write, and comprehend English.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in mixing or processing paint, oils, greases, lubricants, or similar materials is preferred.
• Prior grease or oil processing experience is a bonus, but not required.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required, or proven ability to perform job tasks.
• Prior experience with mixing processes strongly preferred.
