Job Description:

We are looking for a competent Job Coach to help people enhance their strengths and improve their job skills. You will be working with people with disabilities, that are high functioning, and need assistance performing their best in a workplace. A job coach must be a mentor eager to support their coworkers and clients. Have the ability to identify people’s strengths and weaknesses and have good communication skills partnered with critical thinking. The job coach will assist clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers as well.

Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
