Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance
Pay: $15/hour
Location: Tulsa
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, 5:00 AM–1:00 PM; Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Off Wednesday and Thursday)

Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance professional to ensure cleanliness and safety in restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas. This Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance role is perfect for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in cleaning and light maintenance work. Required Experience & Skills:
• Previous Janitorial/Custodial Maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; clean carpets as needed
• Wash windows, walls, and other surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues
• Set up and take down tables, chairs, and equipment for events
• Ensure facilities are prepared and cleaned before and after events

Preferred Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
