Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitorial team member to support plant maintenance operations in Sapulpa. The Janitorial role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility and yard while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

This Janitorial position is classified as Safety Sensitive due to working around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, and other industrial processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Janitorial role includes:

• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning
• Clean windows and restock restroom and facility supplies
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in dumpsters
• Maintain yard cleanliness, including picking up debris and sweeping sidewalks
• Perform inclement weather duties such as shoveling snow and spreading ice melt
• Assist with minor painting of offices as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Sustain 5S standards and maintain organized work areas

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment
• Ability to operate power tools
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications
• Ability to use a tape measure
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor
• Lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Team-oriented and professional attitude
