Job Description:

We're looking for a candidate with a B.A./B.S. degree who will be responsible for developing deployment plans, schedules, and requirements for systems. This role involves designing and developing custom programs to aid in systems management, monitoring and executing automation processes, and managing switching, routing, and perimeter devices. The candidate will ensure the efficiency of IT systems supporting business operations, support and develop specific platforms for unified communications, messaging, and identity, and provide responsive resolutions to IT incidents. Responsibilities also include improving system efficiency, maintaining server infrastructure, handling technical debugging, managing email security, and archiving services, and staying informed about information security threats. The ideal candidate will work closely with other operations teams and vendors, assist in testing, imaging, and deploying new mobile devices, and provide expertise in security engineering, incident response, and risk management. Additionally, punctuality, on-site presence, and cooperative teamwork in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Requirements:

B.A. degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
