Pay: $26.00/hr+ (Depending on Experience)
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Shift: Monday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts; extended work weeks possible)

Position Overview
The Instrument Fitter is responsible for installing, calibrating, and maintaining industrial instrumentation systems in a manufacturing environment. This Instrument Fitter role involves mounting instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves while ensuring systems meet engineering specifications and safety standards.
The ideal Instrument Fitter has strong experience with instrumentation systems, tubing fabrication, and hydraulic assemblies, along with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain precision equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Experience & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with small bore tubing fabrication (¼”–1”) using hand and crank bending equipment
• Proficiency using measuring tools such as tape measures, speed squares, and angle finders
• Strong working knowledge of valves, pressure regulators, and valve actuators
• Experience with hydraulic systems and fabrication of flexible hydraulic assemblies
• Experience with pump installation alignment, high-pressure systems, and cryogenic systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Mount and install instrumentation including pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and control valves
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate measurements and proper system performance
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on instrumentation systems
• Replace or repair faulty instruments to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of installations, calibrations, maintenance, and system modifications
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, push, pull, and carry materials as required
• Ability to work at heights up to 50 feet using ladders or elevated platforms
Preferred Education
• High School Diploma preferred
